Shipping Terms & Conditions
1. Shipping Areas

We ship our products to selected countries within the European Union. The available shipping destinations are displayed during checkout. If your country is not listed, please contact us before placing an order.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on the delivery address, order weight, and selected shipping method. All applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

3. Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after receipt of payment.
As a coffee roastery, many of our products are freshly roasted to order. This may occasionally extend processing time slightly to ensure optimal freshness and quality.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method selected:

Domestic orders: approx. 3-5 business days

International orders: approx. 5-7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance, carrier delays, or peak seasons.

5. Shipping Providers

We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. The shipping provider will be selected automatically based on your location and order details.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for further information.

7. Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available), allowing you to follow your shipment online.

8. Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you and the shipping provider to find a satisfactory solution.
